			   REGISTRATION FORM 


GENERAL  INFORMATION 
The 1997 Workshop on Description Logics will be held on September 27-29, 1997
in Gif sur Yvette, at Centre de Formation du CNRS. 
Gif sur Yvette is located at 25 kilometers in the south of Paris.
Accomodation is possible on site either in Centre de Formation itself
or in a hotel (Le Village) in Gif sur Yvette.
For those who prefer to stay in Paris, Gif sur Yvette is accessible
by train (about 50 minutes from the center of Paris + 10 minutes
walk from the station to the location of the workshop).
Information on how to get to the workshop location from Paris and
aiports will be given in September.

    PLEASE NOTE THAT THE WORKSHOP WILL BE HELD OVER A WHOLE WEEK-END 
(starting on Saturday September 27th and ending on Monday September 29th)

REGISTRATION 

Choose among the three following registration fees:
(500 FF corresponds approximately to 85 $)

1) Fee without accomodation on site: 					500 FF 
(including conference fees, material, coffee breaks, and 3 lunches)

2) Fee with accomodation on site in single room: 			1100 FF
(including conference fees, material, coffee breaks, 3 lunches,
and 3 nights)

3) Fee with accomodation on site in double room shared with a DL'97
participant:  								950 FF
(including conference fees, material, coffee breaks, 3 lunches,
and 3 nights)

INDICATE YOUR CHOICE:

In the case of choice 1), indicate if you want to make a reservation in the
hotel "Le Village" in Gif sur Yvette (280 FF per night).

In the case of choice 3), please indicate the name of the other DL'97 
participant with who you accept to share the room.
