Registration and Accommodation

REGISTRATION

Registration fee:

Early (before 25th May 2007): 220€
Late (after 25th May 2007): 250€

The registration fee includes: participation to the workshop sessions from Friday to Sunday, coffee breaks and lunches at the restaurant from Friday to Sunday, welcome reception on Friday evening, social banquet on Saturday evening. The workshop starts on Friday morning and it ends on Sunday at lunch. The registration does not include the accommodation (see below). Additional tickets for the social banquet can be purchased for 100€ each.

VISA

In order to request an invitation to get a VISA, please email to dl07@inf.unibz.it with the following:

Details (at least name and address)
Fax number to send the invitation letter
Address to which the letter should be shipped

STUDENT TRAVEL GRANTS

We offer a limited number of student travel awards to help young researchers attend DL2007. We invite full time students that are (co-)authors of an accepted DL2007 paper/poster to apply for this grant before the 14th of May 2007. Applications should include a student ID or other evidence of professional status, and a letter of support from their supervisor commenting on (a) the role of the student in the paper/poster and (b) on the availability of other funding for the student's travel expenses. Please send your application to Uli Sattler, School of Computer Science, University of Manchester, Oxford Road, Manchester M13 9PL, UK, to arrive by the 14th of May 2007. We kindly ask you to also send an e-mail to Uli Sattler at sattler@cs.man.ac.uk, in which you indicate your intention to apply to a student travel award, the title and the authors of the paper/poster accepted at DL2007, the name of the supervisor that will send the letter of support.

ACCOMMODATION

The accommodation is handled by the Brixen-Bressanone Tourist Office; rooms will be reserved on a first-come first-served basis. Please reserve your accommodation now by filling the hotel reservation form and by faxing (preferred) or posting it at the following address:
