The 2003 International Workshop on Description Logics continues the tradition of international workshops devoted to discussing developments and applications of knowledge representation formalisms based on Description Logics. It is the 16th in the series of international workshops. Demonstrations of Description Logics systems and Description Logics-based applications will be possible and people interested are encouraged to get in touch with the organizers.

will be electronically published as CEUR-Workshop Proceedings at
http://CEUR-WS.org/Vol-81/.
At the workshop, a hard copy of the proceedings will be handed out to the
participants.

The Call for Papers can be found at http://www.dis.uniroma1.it/dl03/cfp.html.
The workshop will begin on Friday morning September 5, and will continue with invited talks, technical sessions, and a panel session through Sunday morning September 7. It will end with a general discussion on Sunday before lunch.
The social program includes a welcome reception at Trimani Wine Bar on Friday September 5, and a social dinner at Restaurant Unione Sarda on Saturday September 6.
